“Ray” is from one of the most persecuted places of Central Asia and is the only trained believer in his area. To reach our last training, he drove all night because he’s less likely to have his activity questioned at police checkpoints under the cover of darkness.
“I heard these principles of understanding Scripture when I was in Bible College, but they were too theoretical. I didn’t understand how to use them. I have learned so much in three days. I now understand what it means to find the message in the text of Scripture. . . . I have ten brothers who are house church leaders that I want to have trained.”
Ray partners with a Christian businessman to run an agriculture business project with 60 employees. Thirty people have professed faith in Christ in the last few years. Ray plans to train ten house church leaders and send them out to plant churches built on the Word in unreached counties of his country.
