How do we develop leaders in the church? Where do we find the resources to grow God’s people? Only the Gospel of Jesus Christ brings lasting fruit in the local church. The question is whether we will trust its transforming power. Paul’s letter to Titus — often forgotten among the Pastoral Epistles — challenges us to embrace the Gospel alone as God’s New Covenant means for pastoral leadership.
