“…the Word of God is not bound.” 2 Timothy 2:9
God’s work in this world is unstoppable. He has put all authority and power into the hands of his crucified, risen, glorious Son to give eternal life to whom he will. And he has called us to go to all nations under and with that unstoppable authority. No wonder that Paul, bound in chains, tells Timothy that the Word of God is not bound. We are seeing the truth of this throughout Africa. Please pray . . .
- Pray for the extension of training into several restricted-access countries by our teams in Cote d’Ivoire and Ethiopia
- Pray for the ongoing expansion of training into neighboring countries by other African teams:
- South Africa expanding into Zimbabwe, Mauritius, and India
- Zambia expanding into Zimbabwe and Malawi
- Kenya potentially expanding into Burundi and South Sudan
- Pray for the wise and fruitful engagement of new partnerships around Africa, reaching new networks of pastors and church planters in West Africa and the Congo.
- Pray for the continuing multiplication of training throughout Uganda and Tanzania.
- Pray for the holiness, marriages, families, and churches of our training partners who serve our Lord in under-resourced and culturally opposing contexts.
