    RELATIONAL INVESTMENT

    Encouragement and growth happen best in the context of long-term relationships as we interact with people we’ve grown to trust and love. That’s our approach to developing pastors and leaders. But this really isn’t anything new. This is how Christ worked with the disciples – how Paul mentored Timothy. It’s a biblical model that contains great wisdom, and we’ve found that God works greatly through it.

We’re building teams of leaders around the world who own the vision and carry it forward. Over time, our role shifts from leading to supporting them with ongoing mentoring and partnership. This model positions WordPartners for scalable, exponential impact that is sustainable, locally led, and built on deep personal friendships that last a lifetime.
