(On Sabbatical)
Joe’s passion is to see the glory of God abound among the nations through the proclamation of His Word in and through the Church. To advance this vision, Joe has served in a number of ministry roles within WordPartners. He began his ministry more than a decade ago as an international trainer in Africa and continues to train pastors here in the U.S. But most of his time is now spent in operations, managing our staff and organizational systems in order to support the field work and global network of partners.
Before joining WordPartners, Joe graduated from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School with an M.Div. degree and served as a pastor for eight years in two different Reformed churches in the western suburbs of Chicago.
More personally, Joe and Amy have been married for more than 25 years, and they’ve been blessed with one daughter. As a family, they love taking walks together, gardening, watching movies, and spending time at the family cottage.
